Filing Documents
If a fee is required:
Mail all documents with the fee to Probate Court, 280 Washington Street, Suite 223, Traverse City, MI 49684, OR bring the documents in with the fee.*
If a fee is not required:
You can email documents to: probate@gtcountymi.gov
You can fax documents to: (231) 922-4458
*Checks or money orders must be made payable to Probate Court. Please do not send cash through the mail.*
